How does ir-models work?
ir-models sells tutorials and models of a very high standard to customers worldwide.
To purchase an item, you can use our secure service with Paypal, either with a registered account or with a credit card. Once purchased, you have two viewing options for the tutorials, Quicktime and Flash. The Quicktime versions are the highest quality at 1024x768 at 15fps. The Quicktime versions can be saved to disk for playback from your computer harddisk at any time. The Quicktime player is required, available from www.apple.com/quicktime. The Flash version is viewable in your browser at 800x600, 15fps. For purchased assets, including models, textures or scenes, they are available as a downloadable .zip file after purchase of the product or through your subscription. They are available in a wide variety of formats for 3rd Party modelling and rendering aplications.

The models that we sell are of a very high standard and are available in a wide variety of formats that you can chose from upon purchase. We offer 2 main types of category for each model class.

• Class 1. Baked triangulated meshes (including baked lighting all into one texture map) Ideal for 3-Dimensional Anatomy study
• Class 2. Working model files and scenes. Subdivision surface models with very high resolution texture maps in Color, Diffuse, Specular, Bump, Epidermis, Subdermis, Dermis Visibility and Normal Maps. Plus lighting and camera information render to render.

How do your Memberships work?

The membership are set into 4 categories.

1 Month Sapphire Membership

6 Month Pearl Membership

1 Year Emerald Membership

Lifetime Ruby Membership

Each membership gives you access to all you can download in the store for their allocated time periods. (This is excludes the remainin items in the Freelance section, which will be removed shortly)

Your membership will automaticaly expire at the end of the term. You will not be re-billed.

What about international orders?
All prices are listed in GBP £. Your credit card company will automatically convert the amount of your order based on current exchange rates.

How long do I have to download my purchased items?
You have unlimited access from the time of purchase to download your tutorials or assets in your Downloads section.

Is my credit card number and personal information safe?
All credit card transactions made through ir-models are transferred to Nochex or Paypal and are encrypted via their 128 Bit secure servers, making it virtually impossible for your personal information and credit card number to be stolen during your purchase. Furthermore, at no point is your personal information or credit card number stored unencrypted on our e-commerce server. ir-models never shares any customer information with any other company. Your e-mail address is required to send order confirmation information, or to alert you if there were any problems with an order.

We felt it was time for a re-launch, after our test of the old Eshop at Infinite-Tutorials. So Infinite-Tutorials was merged into ir-models.com With bags of new content, video tutorials and model files we thought it was time to open the doors once again.

No. Our team of artists work very hard to take time out of their production schedules to share these tutorials, techniques and assets. Please adhere to our Terms of Use and understand that purchased items are for personal use only. We have tried to make ir-models a valuable and affordable resource to all, so your cooperation and support are necessary for this resource to grow. Piracy and illegal filesharing is not appreciated here at ir-models.com.

Will you be updating the tutorial and model collection?

We will update our site on a monthly basis guarenteed, we have a wide back log of models that currently being converted while our freelance contacts create more stunning content for the site.
